Subject: COVID-19 Update
As the world we live in continues to react and challenge the rapid spread of the Coronavirus.
We want to reach out and assure you Kann Supply Waterworks will continue to serve you while mitigating the risks to our Kann teammates that have the important roles of keeping and providing the availability of Waterworks supplies for your infrastructure operational and maintenance requirements.
Currently, we don’t anticipate any interruptions in supply, customer service and support. We do have some teammates working from home for preventative measures only and for family support needs since schools have been closed. We are establishing plans to ensure continued levels of customer service as you require continue, however if you experience a delay in response, we ask for your patience and understanding and please inform us of your experience.
At present, we are practicing social distancing and having half of our teammates work from home with a weekly rotation to minimize risk of exposure and maintaining service to you. As the weeks unfold, Kann Supply will evolve our practices to assist our customers and comply with the Government of Canada.
